A plumber sent one homeowner to Cocchi Electric after water and sparks turned up in an electrical panel. Cameron Cocchi called back within 15 minutes, came out to look, and — that September 2025 reviewer wrote — had the panel and GFIs replaced inside 24 hours. Cocchi Electric is a small Canton shop; Thumbtack lists one employee, nine years in business, and Cameron Cocchi as the owner. His Massachusetts electrician licence, #23846, is active on the state registry, and BuildZoom shows 42 permitted projects under his name. On Google the company holds a five-star average across 30 ratings, with 27 written reviews running from 2021 to 2026; on Thumbtack, a 4.5 average from two ratings. Several of those reviews turn on timing. A March 2026 customer whose lobby lights died on a Thursday called and had them working that same night. In January 2026 someone described an emergency late at night in well below freezing temperatures, in an old house that, as they put it, is not easy to work in. A December 2025 reviewer was a brand-new customer and got squeezed in on a Sunday. An April 2026 customer with outlets that had quit over the years said the reply came within 15 minutes and the visit was set for a time that suited them. The work gets described as carefully as the response times. A September 2025 customer had a new electrical panel and meter installed and singled out how neatly the whole panel was labeled. In March 2026 a homeowner got a material-and-labor quote for a bathroom fixture job that, they said, many other residential electricians had refused to bid — after Cocchi did the legwork to find a replacement model that would fit. An August 2025 reviewer listed recessed lighting, landscape lights, ceiling fans and a new bathroom fan, hired back one job at a time. Another that month wrote that when the fault turned out to be on the utility's side, he called National Grid on their behalf and checked back later. For panel work, a fault nobody can find, or a lighting job, this is an easy call to make — after hours included, going by the late-night and weekend visits customers describe. Get the quote in writing, and with one electrician on the books, ask how soon a larger job could start.
