Terrible! Rob Coletta made promise after promise and followed through with none of them. It's been 9 months now. He was extremely rude on top of it all. This guy is extremely unprofessional, take your business elsewhere.
Not usually one to write reviews, but Rob truly deserves it. We were on a tight deadline for a radon and water system quote, and he was the only company to respond in time—providing a same-day quote. His communication was excellent, he was extremely knowledgeable, and he guided us through every step, including post-installation testing.
Rob installed four systems in less than a day, drove nearly two hours to service our area, and the lab results were better than we hoped for. Even after a weather-related reschedule, he kept us informed and got us booked quickly. Highly recommend Rob Coletta!
