We had a great experience with RestoPros of Stateline. Peter provided a professional and honest assessment of mold in our home. He visited the property and did a thorough inspection of not only the area we were concerned about, but surrounding areas as well. We appreciated that he didn't only offer an invasive, expensive solution, but discussed different options for approaching our specific situation. Peter from RestoPros Stateline really helped us out when we had a major plumbing failure that ended up taking out our entire upstairs bathroom and our downstairs ceiling. He was responsive, eager to help, and really knowledgeable. We would definitely use RestoPros Stateline again. Our plumber put us in touch with Peter, and even though it was a Sunday, he came over within 2 hours after I called him. He quickly assessed the problem and got to work cutting out the ceiling directly below the leak. If Peter didn't come right away, the ceiling would have fallen due to the weight, potentially on my wife or kids! Peter's team ended up having to gut my entire bathroom due to water damage and remediate some mold that was found behind our shower surround. Throughout the whole process, Peter advocated to our insurance provider and got us the support we needed. His team was professional and respectful while they were working. I can't thank Peter and his crew members enough for their thoughtful, detail oriented, and thorough response to our water damage situation. We had an HVAC mini split head leak into a wall cavity and the ceiling below it. Peter listened, *really listened*, to our concerns related to family members that are sensitive to environmental allergens due to autoimmune issues, and went above and beyond to come up with a comprehensive approach to making sure that all damage was addressed as quickly and completely as possible. This included going the extra mile, continuing to dry one area while we waited for mandatory dry wall testing to come back, and checking the moisture levels at the site of the other minsplit heads, to help us make sure there were no other leaks. Peter was right there to stay in touch with any concerns by phone and text, an unusually good level of customer service. Joe and Eric were the first team members to respond, and they listened and took us through every step of the demolition, working cleanly and carefully, and keeping in touch with us throughout. This included taking multiple photos of the areas affected, explaining their approach to drying it out, and going into detail about how mold is prevented with the tools and materials they use. They were extremely patient with us and answered all questions. This is a rare level of customer service, and it greatly helped alleviate our worries. Nick and James came to remove the last drying materials after the main demolition and treatment, and they were equally patient and respectful in their communication, helping us to get everything treated and set up until we are clear to build back the wall, ceiling and carpet. I've lived in multiple homes in which repairs were needed, and this is the best company I've worked with in terms of communication, respect, listening and keeping me informed.

We reached out for an estimate for remediation during our due diligence process. Peter from Restopros answered our call right away and quickly turned around an estimate. While we ultimately did not decide to move forward with the home, we certainly would go back to Restopros if needed. Highly recommend!
