Customers writing in 2025 describe a range of carpentry and renovation work. In October, a reviewer said Jonathan Collazo assessed an elevated-deck staircase replacement the next day, and named Kevin Goss and Perry as the workers who handled demolition, preparation and construction. Another October customer reported replacing a gazebo's cedar-shake roof with asphalt shingles, with a proposal delivered within minutes and the work started and completed within days. In August, a HomeAdvisor reviewer said Jonathan, Joe and the crew replaced a back porch and completed other jobs throughout the house while staying within budget and answering the customer's questions. Interior jobs include flooring, plaster and built-in woodwork. A March 2025 customer described replacing tile flooring with laminate. Another March reviewer reported custom shelving made for a tight bathroom space. In May, a repeat customer said the crew plastered basement walls, fitted trim and made boxes to conceal exposed utilities, taking time to answer questions and consult on details.
