A hardwood porch prepped for stain is the kind of job Collegiate Power Washing gets hired for. The business holds 5 stars from 115 ratings on Google, and its website names service-area towns from North Adams and Springfield to Westfield, Longmeadow and Chatham. A recent customer said Emmitt power washed their porch, shed and patio furniture, prepped the hardwood porch to stain or oil and got all biologicals out of the spaces between the boards. That customer said he arrived and departed in just over an hour, called the pricing reasonable for the work done, and said communication by text and payment by invoice link were easy. A recent customer said Emmitt called the day of the appointment to pinpoint his arrival time, and that the gutters looked brand new after he power washed them. A recent customer said he power washed a deck that was in horrible shape, washed the outside of the windows, cleared a cellar of junk and moved a bed and boxspring. A recent customer said the company came back and cleaned all of their old windows, with four panes per window. A realtor wrote that Emmett and his crew were thorough on a house she was selling.
