- Septic defect follow-up — a 2023 review says Eric stopped returning calls
Combat Corp. describes itself on its Angi profile as a septic system business with over 30 years of experience. A 2013 Angi review says they worked around the reviewer's schedule, were very fast to respond to the issue and were very professional; that 2013 reviewer had already referred friends. In a 2023 Google review, the reviewer said Eric installed a septic in a newly built house two years earlier and that routine maintenance found it badly cracked and leaking. That 2023 reviewer said Eric called it a manufacturer's defect that would be taken care of, but two months later would not return a phone call or email.

UNPROFESSIONAL IN EVERY WAY! Eric installed a septic in a newly built house 2 years ago but upon routine maintenance, we discovered the septic is badly cracked and leaking. He claimed it's a manufacturer's defect (although he installed and signed off on it) and would be taken care of. 2 months later and Eric won't return a phone call or email. Avoid using Eric and Combat Corp for anything related to septic work or excavation!
