Comeau Remodling

Comeau Remodeling is a Marblehead remodeling contractor, named on BuildZoom with Gary Comeau as its owner. The permit history sampled there runs to remodeling and addition work on both houses and commercial buildings, so the company is set up for projects that pull a permit rather than odd jobs. BuildZoom lists a Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor registration for the company, #190785. Look that number up yourself on the state's licence check before you sign anything. For an addition or a substantial remodel on the North Shore, they are worth a call. Ask for addresses and photos from two or three recent jobs the size of yours, references you can ring, and a contract that sets out the scope, the schedule and the payment stages.
