PJAB, INC

PJAB is the East Boston company people call when the list is long and mixed — a few rooms to paint, a door that sticks, flooring to put down, crown molding, a dishwasher to hook up. A homeowner writing on HomeAdvisor in February 2024 put the appeal simply: they had hired PJAB on numerous occasions over the previous six years. Painting draws the most specific praise. In that same February 2024 group of reviews, one customer described a few rooms painted promptly with furniture and floors kept covered and clean, and singled out Brian for being helpful through the whole process. Another described a renovation with quality materials, a fast turnover and the cleanup handled afterwards. On Google, an April 2024 reviewer called the renovations high quality and said the company doesn't overcharge. All seven written accounts are five stars, split between HomeAdvisor's five and Google's two, and all of them were written in 2024. The Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration for PJAB Inc, #210097, is active on the state registry, and its HomeAdvisor profile claims 13 years of experience and Spanish-language service. A sensible call for a punch list or an interior repaint handled by one crew rather than three separate trades. Ask for a reference from a job in the past year, and get the scope and the price for each item on your list in writing before anyone starts.
