Verified record
Complete Comfort Systems is a Haverhill HVAC contractor that HomeAdvisor lists as having about 24 years in business, working on central AC, gas furnaces, heat pumps, and oil-to-gas conversions. The written record runs from 2012 through 2024 and is thin — 11 reviews across two platforms — but it leans positive. In a 2024 review, a homeowner named the technician, Brent, and described him arriving on time, explaining the job, and protecting the work area before finishing what was called "excellent craftmanship." Older reviews from 2015 name a salesman, Bob Sevigny, credited with selling a Lenox furnace and AC system installed by a crew described as efficient and professional. One 2020 review is a genuine complaint rather than a stray low score: a homeowner described a technician forgetting to take a needed measurement, which then wasn't taken for another five days, with the final repair part still unordered a week later — the work itself was fine once done, but the timeline communication wasn't. A 2017 review separately noted a wait to get on the schedule, though praised the crew once they arrived. One oddity worth flagging: HomeAdvisor's own "About us" text for this listing describes a different company name, Climate Zone, rather than Complete Comfort Systems — worth asking about directly, since it's unclear whether that's a stale profile or a related business. BuildZoom lists an active Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor license and a plumbing business license for the company, drawn from its own listing rather than a state registry check we performed.

Brent arrived on time, explained everything about the job, protected the work area for easy cleanup, was fast and friendly, a true professional. Excellent craftmanship. A job well done.
Excellent. Will hire them again.
The technician who performed the first part of our repair forgot to take a measurement he needed. This measurement was not taken for another 5 days. The part needed for the final part of the repair has not been ordered yet and likely will not arrive for another week. The work when it is done is fine but the communication about timelines is nonexistent.
