Complete Contracting of New England, LLC

Complete Contracting of New England is a family-owned remodeling and custom-home outfit based in Webster, run by Brett Lathrop and serving towns across central Massachusetts — its site lists Webster, Dudley, Oxford, Charlton, Southbridge, Sutton, Millbury, Uxbridge, Leicester, Northbridge, Spencer, Grafton, Worcester, Holden and Shrewsbury. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration (215011) is verified active; BuildZoom separately shows an older registration, #118137, marked inactive and tied to a related entity name, Lathrop Construction. The written record is short but detailed. In an August 2025 review, a homeowner described a full kitchen and bathroom overhaul — the kitchen gutted down to a load-bearing wall that was removed and re-plastered seamlessly, a new floor mixing different wood species, and new doors and trim throughout the hallway. A second review from the same month covers a different job: converting a three-season room into a family room and matching new siding to the rest of the house, with the crew described as nice and efficient. Worth confirming directly: the company's self-reported years in business don't line up across sources — its website says "over 35 years," its Angi About text says "30 years," and the same Angi page's own highlights list "25 years of experience." For a kitchen, bathroom or room-addition project in the Webster area, the two detailed accounts on file point to careful structural and finish work; with only two reviews, it's worth asking for a few recent project references before signing on.
