My project ended up being delayed several times because I was dealing with an unexpected mold issue. They were incredibly supportive, patient, and understanding throughout the entire process. They worked with me to keep my project on the schedule and stayed in constant communication while I got everything resolved. Their attention to detail really stood out. My foundation walls had already been painted, and the epoxy was brought about four inches up the sides. When they were finished, they actually repainted the foundation so there was no splatter and everything looked clean and professionally finished. That extra attention and pride in their work really impressed me. The floors look amazing, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. Xavier and his team came in and did a polyaspartic flooring installation in my garage about 3 months ago. I waited for 3 months to see how the coating holds up before coming here to give a review. I'm glad to report that it's holding up very well. The job came out great. Xavier's team did a fantastic job and they very professional. Did all the prep work and clean up as what you'd expect from a professional. Two extra things to note: 1. The material we selected somehow became unavailable at the scheduled time of installation. In order not to delay the project as he promised, Xavier drove all the way to Connecticut to get the material he needs for the job as that's the nearest shop he could find that still have stock for them. 2. After the job was completed, I noticed that one of the garage door opener stopped working. I called Xavier back and he came back very soon to troubleshoot and eventually replace the sensors for me and get the garage door back working. As you can tell from these experiences, Xavier is very committed to deliver the job right and on time. He also made sure that they left the job clean. When things unexpected happened, he made sure he took care of it without asking questions. Fantastic job, Xavier! I'd recommend you to anyone who needs a floor coating job done. Oh, did I not mention that the price I paid is very reasonable and value for the money is great considering that the service I got is up to the standard of those big name companies.
