Concrete Cutting 1

Twenty-one holes cored in a single day — that is what one February 2026 review reports, and it is a fair picture of what this company is for. Affordable Concrete Cutting works out of Saugus, cutting, sawing, breaking and coring concrete, and most of the jobs customers describe are one clean opening: a sump pump line, a dryer vent, a hole for a split AC. Its Google page averages 4.9 across 51 ratings, and the written accounts run from 2021 through 2026. Scott is named in several of them. A repeat customer wrote in January 2026 that he is responsive and shows up when he says he will; an April 2024 reviewer, calling about a dryer-vent core for his parents, got a reminder the day before and another an hour ahead, then watched him set up the machine. A Saugus homeowner coring for a sump pump in January 2026 called the communication clear and the pricing fair, and a Reading customer the same month described a clean, precise dryer-vent hole. The pricing note repeats: that January 2026 reviewer called the pricing fair, a 2025 customer called the company super fair on high-quality work, and a May 2024 reviewer said a neat job came with a pretty good price. That same May, a homeowner who had landscaping underway while the crew cut openings in his foundation apologized for the crowded site, said they were understanding about it, and called the work precise. One thing to settle before booking: the company's own site claims a wide range — Boston, the North Shore and South Shore, MetroWest, and into southern New Hampshire and Maine — while its Houzz profile is written from Framingham for the MetroWest area, so confirm they come to your town and what that adds. For a homeowner or a builder who needs one exact hole through concrete, this is a specialist to call rather than a general contractor; pin down the price and the date when you schedule.
