As a mom of three little kids who are constantly outside, finding a tick on my own body recently completely sent me into panic mode. I immediately knew we needed to take tick prevention more seriously, and I am so grateful we found Connecticut Tick Control. From the very first phone call, everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring. David, the owner, was wonderful, and Lisa in the office took so much time explaining everything thoroughly and answering all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. They were also very quick to send a tech out and get our treatment program started, which gave me such peace of mind. It’s rare to find a company that is not only professional and knowledgeable, but also genuinely caring. We feel so much better knowing our yard is being treated and protected for our family. I tried to sign up for service but the arrogant owner was so intent on arguing with me about how I emailed the forms that I canceled. I found much cheaper services elsewhere.

Connecticut Tick is great. I had ticks coming into my home for years plus Lyme disease. Add that to having pets and kids - recipe for disaster. Called Connecticut Tick and as soon as property was treated there was huge difference. Been with them for years. Reliable and easy access to assistance with staff. Always get someone to answer questions. They will spray areas like bushes and under decks if requested. Worth every penny. Offers a discount for full Payment up front. Moving from state and will recommend this company to them.
