Construction and Design Experts Inc

Construction and Design Experts Inc is a Saugus-based kitchen and bath remodeler with a public permit trail to back it up. BuildZoom's permit records show nine projects between 2017 and 2023 spread across Somerville, Revere, Cambridge, Newton and Easton - porch and deck rebuilds, bathroom and basement remodels, and one new single-family home - and BuildZoom scores the company 95. BuildZoom lists the company's Massachusetts home improvement contractor licence (#188841) as active, current as of a March 2026 check. It also reports something worth asking about directly: two City of Newton contractor licences under #91305 (building contractor and residential builder) that the city at one point cancelled and that BuildZoom now shows as inactive. The company's own Houzz blurb also claims electrical, heating and plumbing work alongside its kitchen and bath remodeling. Anyone reaching out should confirm the Newton licence history directly and ask to see recent project photos or client references before booking - a solid look for North Shore homeowners with a bathroom, basement or porch project wanting a contractor with a documented permit history.
