Four people have written about Construction Phoenix Inc, and all four gave it five stars — but three of those wrote in August 2019, which makes this a small, mostly dated written record rather than a busy one. The company works out of 7 Burnham St in Wilmington, and BuildZoom lists Robeilton F Silva as its president and owner. What it takes on is whole-house remodeling: kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions and home extensions, plus cabinetry, flooring and tile work. On Angi the company says it has eight years of experience, offers free estimates and speaks Spanish. Its Houzz page carries a 5.0 from four ratings alongside twelve project photos. The accounts themselves are about the kind of work homeowners actually hire a general contractor for. In an August 2019 review, one customer described a renovation and addition that added a mudroom, laundry room, bedroom, playroom and a new kitchen, and said the budget stayed inside the estimate. Another that month had a porch rebuilt, changed the start date twice, and singled out the crew's flexibility and daily cleanup. The one recent voice, from October 2025, is an industrial electrical contractor who hired the company for renovations on his own house. Worth raising on the call: BuildZoom lists Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor licence #196783 for this business as inactive, noting the status was at one point cancelled, and elsewhere describes the same number as a general contractor licence that expired 09-23-2021. Those are BuildZoom's own records and they contradict each other, so ask the company directly for its current licence and insurance certificates. Angi's listing carries no reviews at all. This is a reasonable call for a Wilmington-area kitchen, bath or addition project if you are comfortable with a short review history — get the licence status in writing before signing.

I am an industrial electrical contractor in business for 35 yrs so I know a good company when I see one. I bought a home nearer to my work and have this company doing a lot of renovations. This is a great Company, does fantastic work. Pays attention to detail. Hard working crew. A pleasure to work with. I would hire them again for any up coming projects.

I needed my porch rebuilt and I am very happy with the job that was done. I had to change the start date a couple times and they were very accomodating. Very courteous workers and did a great job of cleaning up when the day was done. Highly recommend!

Very reliable and knowledgeable. Did a wonderful job on our home renovation/addition! Budget stayed within estimate. Work included adding a mudroom, laundry room, bedroom, playroom and kitchen renovation. They listened to my needs/desires and worked with me to create the space and look I wanted. Reasonable prices as well.
