Construction Phoenix Inc

A 2025 reviewer who works as an industrial electrical contractor said Construction Phoenix had done extensive renovations at a home they bought nearer to work, praising the crew's attention to detail and hard work. The Wilmington general contractor handles home renovations and additions; BuildZoom identifies Robeilton F. Silva as president and owner. Houzz shows a 5.0 rating from four ratings, with written reviews spanning 2019 to 2025. In 2019, homeowners praised a porch rebuild, flexibility when start dates changed, and cleanup at day's end. Another 2019 account described an addition with a mudroom, laundry room, bedroom, playroom and kitchen renovation, and said the budget stayed within the estimate. Massachusetts' registry lists the company's home improvement contractor registration, #196783, as expired. BuildZoom describes that same number inconsistently: one listing calls it a general contractor license that expired in 2021, while another labels it an inactive HIC and says it was at one point cancelled. Confirm the current registration and ask for a written scope and schedule before booking a major renovation.
