On the other side, a January 2024 reviewer called one technician a complete jerk who kept smoking cigarettes in their maintenance closet, sending the smell through the vents, and a June 2023 reviewer wrote only "Terrible!" My wife and I recently bought a house and hired ControlAir Systems Inc. to update our heating system. They were great - very responsive, efficient, and informative. They were also flexible when we asked for some additional work to be done. All in all, a great experience, and a company I would highly recommend to others.
Bad Experience. One of there technicians was a complete jerk and kept smoking cigarettes in our maintenance closet. The smell of smoke was going through the vents. Yuck!
