We have had work done in two homes over 20 years with Charlie and his team. He has responded quickly to us for plumbing emergencies as well as routine jobs. He and his team are courteous, efficient, and we have always found his pricing to be fair.
He installed various things in our home, and every single project has resulted in leaks or issues after only a few years. He does terrible work and expects you to pay him again to fix his mistakes.
I would not recommend using them - they charge by the hour but there is no transparency, so they overcharge even for very basic tasks by just working slow. The lady who schedules over the phone was very unpersonable and rude, making it hard to get on their calendar, Charlie literally took 3 weeks to return my call about billing because he was "busy". My business is definitely going elsewhere.
