I would definitely recommend Cool Comfort for any Heating or Air Conditioning issue you might run into. Cool Comfort was the only company that had a human answer for emergency repair. Stephen and his helper came out and diagnosed the heat quickly and gave me a couple options for repair for me to choose from. All parts on van with them and repaired quickly and efficiently. So happy I was able to hire them to inform me and repair my heat after hours. Best service guys for heat and AC around Plymouth, Ma

The whole experience was a nightmare from beginning of project. System was not wired correctly and draining was not properly installed. We now have company replacing the circuit board because of faulty wiring. Only a few months of working which the tech was surprised it ran at all. Please be forewarned. Do not want anyone else going this terrible experience.

Cool comfort Heating& Air were very professional and knowledgeable. They came out and repaired my heating system to get me by until they came back to install the Daikin Heat Pump system. Very pleased with the new air source heat pump system, very quiet and balanced. The bonus we were able to get was a ductless heat & ac mini split for the room over garage, not to mention was Stephen helped us with the paperwork so we could get the $10,00 rebate from Mass Save, and use financing to keep payments low. I would def recommend these guys, very trustworthy and knowledgeable.
