Thumbtack lists NuTech in Norwood as one year in business with 59 hires and a background check, and its work as heating repair and maintenance, central air conditioning repair, thermostat installation or repair, and duct and vent repair — the profile says oil burners are excluded. The Angi listing at 185 Washington Street adds free estimates and Spanish-language service. On Thumbtack the rating is 4.7 across 26 ratings: 84% five-star, with one 2-star and one 1-star among them. For a mini split or a gas furnace that has stopped working and needs someone today, this is a sensible call. Say which system you have when you book, since oil burners are off the list, and ask what the visit costs before he drives out.
