My Tankless Hot Water Tank stopped working the Friday of Memorial Day weekend. Made so many calls to only find out it was no longer under warranty by the brand company and the home warranty insurance didn’t cover tankless hot water tanks. Called the the brand company and through them found Jose. Called him on Saturday and he was out my house within 90mins. He diagnosed the issue on the first day, neither of us knew at that time it would take 2.5 weeks to fix our tank. Jose was super professional and honest, through all the ups and downs of getting all the right parts. Our wire harness was burned and needed to be replaced, first try they sent the wrong type of harness, second try right harness but it was a dud, finally got the right one that worked on the third try could finally power on the tank just to find out there was a deeper issue. Now that required order a part from the brand company that they had to ship which took a couple of days. Finally got that part Jose and an associate came this Monday (6/8/26) to install but ran into an issue with the ball valve missing. Came back the next day with the correct gas valve and finally our tank came back to life and was fully operational. Through out the whole Process Jose talked us through all the issues, and next steps as well he worked closely with the Brand company to make sure all proper steps were taken. Next days Jose reached out to find out if everything was still working properly, I confirmed it was. This was a stressful time not being able to have hot water for over 2 weeks. I would absolutely use his services again whether it the hot water tank or some other issues. This is my first home and first time having a major issue, in the house. Would recommend him to anyone.

Unprofessional work ethics

Work ethics were less than professional, and a three hour job for two men took three days. I have plumbing issues related to the work done, the 1st nite the pipes leaked. My water pressure has decreased. I asked for a detailed invoice showing Veteran's discount and cost of labor and materials. No response just an 1800.00 bill

In June my home central air started leaking, the unit is up in my attic the leak found its way to my bedroom below. I went on the internet searching for HVAC companies. I called the first company on the list, a place in Swampscott. The phone went to voice mail for me to leave a message. I hung up. I called the next company listed under the first one I called, the phone rang and was answered by Jose. I wasn’t expecting anyone to answer. I told Jose about my situation, and he was able to see me the next day, which was incidentally the hottest day of the season, isn’t that always the way? He told me I needed a new system, the system was installed the next day. I will be forever grateful to Jose, for picking up the phone and staying true to his word. His son Delvon and another young man named Daniel were friendly, professional, hard-working young men. Working up in a hot attic during our first heat wave of the summer. My Central heating system stopped working, after a long search found Jose Colon Plumbing LLC who fixed it on time and was very cost efficeint. Also, Jose fixed my central AC system.
