Copan Construction

Copan Construction is listed in Revere, Massachusetts for remodeling work that includes kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, painting, and roofing. BBB gives the business an A+ rating and says it has been in business 16 years, while BuildZoom lists three Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor licenses as inactive. The practical takeaway is a broad residential and commercial remodeling scope, but the licensing picture needs attention before work begins. BuildZoom says license #167664 expired on 10-14-2012 and reports that it could not verify an active license; the other listed numbers are also marked inactive. This may suit a homeowner looking for a remodeler who covers several interior and exterior categories. Confirm the current Massachusetts registration status, the exact scope of the proposed kitchen work, and which license applies before signing a contract.
