Corey Boerger Electrician is a one-person operation out of Hopedale, Massachusetts — Corey does the estimating, the design and the wiring himself. The company says it has six years of experience and built its business around service upgrades: swapping a home from 100 amps to 200 amps, adding sub panels, wiring new circuits and lighting. The reviews on file are few but detailed. In a 2023 review, a customer said they'd hired the team twice — once to replace a central panel, once to install new lighting fixtures — and were satisfied both times. A 2022 review described a same-day fix: a new gas stove turned out to need rewiring for 240 volts, and Corey came out that afternoon to handle it. Another 2022 customer said the installation finished on the timeline and at the price he'd quoted, with no surprises added afterward. And a 2021 reviewer who said they'd used plenty of electricians over 30 years of homeownership called his panel repair the best they'd had. There's little to flag here. No complaints turn up anywhere on file, and Angi and HomeAdvisor agree on the numbers: a 5.0 average across 9 ratings, a Massachusetts electrical trade license (#55224) both list as expiring in 2028, and free estimates alongside emergency-service availability. BuildZoom's permit records separately show 10 projects on file. For a panel upgrade, a rewiring job, or an electrical emergency, the reviews point to someone who explains what he's doing and shows up when he says he will — worth asking about his current schedule, since it sounds like most of the work runs through him personally rather than a larger crew.

I can't say enough to appreciate the work and the customer service that Corey provided to us. He and his team are top professionals and do their job with the big attention to the details. The customer service is great. We have been hiring this team to replace our central panel and install some lighting fixtures- both times very satisfied with the results
Corey was absolutely great. Before, during and after the job was done, he explained everything. The whole installation was done under time allotted ,but was done right. Cleaned up everything after he and his partner were done. The price of the whole install is what I expected. No surprises. I plan to have him come back and do many other things. Yes, I would absolutely recommend Corey for any of your electrical work. Paul D Kaitz in Holliston, Ma.
I needed to have my new gas stove wired at the last minute as the previous gas stove was wired for 240v (to my dismay). I neglected to check that the existing stove was wired for such a high voltage being a gas stove. I contacted Corey and he was able to amazing come in that same day and wire in the necessary updates to support my new stove. Corey saved the day and really helped me out in a pinch. The price was right given they had a lot of wire fishing to do for this new outlet. Incredible work Corey! Thanks!
Would recommend to friends and family.
Corey also repaired a split that wasn't working, repaired something in the electrical panel that wasn't working, and did several other jobs. Corey is personable and pleasant. He suggested alternatives to managing situations that were really helpful. He provided explanations re: what he was doing and asked for feedback. I've used plenty of electricians over 30 years of home ownership. He was the best and I will continue to use him as needed
