Corey L Italien

Corey L'Italien runs L'Italien Home Renovation & Design out of Groveland, continuing a contracting business his father started in the early 1980s. The company handles home improvement, renovation, repair, and interior design for both indoor and outdoor projects, and Corey works alongside Lisa L'Italien and a team of contractors on jobs across Groveland, Haverhill, Merrimac, and Danvers. BuildZoom's permit-history profile puts 18 projects on record, seven of them in the past two years, running from bathroom and kitchen renovations to decks, a farmers porch, framing, and vinyl siding, at a typical permit value around $23,390. BuildZoom's own scoring places the business above 87% of the roughly 139,000 Massachusetts contractors it tracks, though its blurb describes just seven years of experience — a figure at odds with the family's account of a business going back to the early 1980s. BuildZoom lists a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor license (#CS-110113) and a Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor license (#193986) for the company — worth confirming directly with the state before signing a contract. A reasonable option for a Groveland-area renovation with a family-run feel — get the current license status in writing and pin down the timeline and scope before work begins.
