Cory Rousseau Roofing Contractor

Cory Rousseau Roofing Contractor is a Beverly roofer whose written record splits between smooth jobs and one unresolved one. In a 2015 review, a customer described a new roof for both their home and a three-car garage, finished within three days and handled smoothly from start to finish; a 2019 review calls him reliable and praises the finished roof. The record also carries a specific complaint: in a 2013 review, a customer said Cory was paid in full the same day he finished a new roof, but after discovering a leak running down a wall, calls to him went unreturned. Permit records show roofing work pulled in Beverly, Newburyport, Manchester and Nahant between 2008 and 2023, so the business has operated in the area for well over a decade. His Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is currently expired, according to the state registry. BuildZoom's own listing, from its last check, shows the license as active — the two disagree, so it's worth confirming his current registration status directly before hiring. For roofing work, the finished jobs on file — a full home-and-garage reroof, general roof replacements — read as competent and fast. But the 2013 leak complaint and the now-expired registration both belong in the conversation before signing a contract.
