Jon — Jonian in most of those write-ups, and the project manager by one 2019 customer's description — is the name that keeps appearing, usually attached to an estimate that showed up fast and a price those customers called competitive or reasonable. The newer work sits on Google, where six ratings average five stars. In April 2026 a homeowner described two bathrooms renovated by the company, calling out the craftsmanship and the attention to detail, with Jon and Mario always available and flexible through the job. In a 2023 review, another customer said MJM worked hard to build a bathroom addition the way they wanted and brought ideas of their own to it. Two things to settle in the contract. A February 2020 customer who was otherwise pleased marked them down because the crew scraped off the old caulking and did not pick it all up, so agree who handles final cleanup. And the HomeAdvisor profile lists free estimates and no warranties, which makes it worth asking up front how a callback would be handled. For gutters, siding, exterior painting and deck work on the North Shore, MJM is a straightforward call with a consistent pricing story behind it. If your job is a full bathroom or an addition, ask to see photos of that kind of work from the last year or two, and get the cleanup and any warranty written into the scope.
