Homeowners who hired this Beverly outfit for gutters wrote about him answering the phone himself, quoting the next day, and hauling off the old material before he left. The company says it has worked Boston's North Shore since 1998. Its HomeAdvisor page puts it at 46 Cabot Street in Beverly with 28 years behind it, Spanish spoken and free estimates, and a 4.9 average from 29 ratings — the same set that appears on Angi, not two separate bodies of praise. That praise is real, and it is old. The written accounts run 2019 to 2021 and stop there. In them the work splits two ways. Gutters and fascia: a 2019 condo owner wrote that Jonian turned the job around about a week after the estimate so a neighbor could list his unit before an open house. And exterior painting: a 2019 customer described the crew sanding, scraping, power washing, then painting, cleaning up at the end of each day. A 2019 patio-and-deck job with siding replacement rounds it out. The one complaint anyone wrote down is small and specific — a February 2020 customer gave four stars because the crew scraped off old caulking and did not pick all of it up. Roofing sits on both directory menus: roof replacement, asphalt shingle, rubber. None of the written jobs describe a roof. If roofing is what you need, ask for recent references for that work specifically, and ask what the crew has been doing since 2021, because the public write-ups stop there.
