Five stars are not enough… From the moment of our first conversation, Luigi was a pleasure to work with. The quality of his work is outstanding. We asked his opinion on a number of details and he was extremely helpful and understanding of our needs. He was willing to work around the schedules of everyone involved and always showed up when scheduled. As issues came up he worked with us to resolve them, spending the time and effort necessary to do so. He is also a really nice guy. In 43 years as a homeowner, this was the best experience I have ever had with a contractor. I enthusiastically encourage anyone in the market for a first rate tile installer to work with him.

I saw Craft Design Group working on a job near my office in Newton and asked them for a proposal to remodel my bathroom. Luigi was quick to show up and assess the project and gave me some honest early suggestions which I really appreciated. He soon came back with a proposal on design options, styles, fixtures, colors, and materials. Stunned at the effort and thought that went into the proposal. I was expecting a lot less for a lot more. Luigi and team got to work and kept things really clean and quick to not impact my family which was in the home during the remodel. Luigi kept in constant contact with updates and choices as the project progressed. My home was built in 1930 and has nothing but surprises at every turn. I can't speak highly enough to the quality of work the team exhibited throughout the whole project, attention to detail was bar none. There were challenges, like with any project, but I was never concerned and really appreciated the upfront honesty. Bathroom came out amazing and certainly outperformed my expectations. Highly recommend Craft Design Group and I will be returning for bathroom #2 remodel.

Luigi was skilled at his work. I can't say enough about how beautiful my floors are with new tile. He offered to start earlier than expected, and efficiently finished the job. He also adeptly managed an area where there was irregularity of height on the undersurface, the finished product is perfect. I recommend this company without reservation!!

Very personal service by a friendly, straightforward craftsperson with 20 years of experience. He was patient and helpful as we decided on tiles. He arrived exactly on time, and completed the job a day faster than estimated. He also volunteered to do some fix-up work for no extra charge in order to make the our bathroom look better. For example, he installed a small soffit to hide a protruding pipe elbow, and replaced one side of a window frame so the tile work along its edge would look good. Highly reliable, a craftsperson committed to his craft, and a pleasure to work with. Also reasonably priced.

Luigi was extremely professional, experienced, and skilled in his work. He removed the existing tile from our kitchen and hallway, opened up a doorway, and tiled the floors as one full space. It came out beautiful! He stuck to his time frame, was patient with my questions, and his price was reasonable and fair. I absolutely look forward to working with Craft Design Group for future projects!
