The praise is remarkably consistent and specific: sales staff (several named by customers, including Jim, Donna, Jason, Peter, and James) walking people through options and comparisons; delivery teams handling installs carefully, on time, and cleaning up after themselves; and repair technicians diagnosing and fixing problems, often on the first visit, sometimes catching issues — like a spray-foam insulation gap behind a fridge door — that weren't obvious. The business is a factory-authorized service center for a long list of major brands, including KitchenAid, Sub-Zero, Thermador, Whirlpool, Frigidaire, and Jenn-Air, and carries an A+ Better Business Bureau grade. Not every recent experience matches that pattern. One customer said sales staff were rude and dismissive toward an elderly relative in June 2026. Another described a botched installation the following month — a missing dryer hose and an undersized washer hose left both machines unusable.
