A July 2026 reviewer whose refrigerator died had a replacement selected and installed within four hours of calling; other recent reviews describe repairs finished in a single visit and delivery crews — Eddy, Carlos, Joe and Tyler recur by name — praised for being fast and careful moving appliances into tight spaces. A July 2026 review described a washer and dryer delivery left unusable because the wrong hoses were sent, and a June 2026 review described the sales staff as rude and dismissive during an in-person visit.
