Bogdan is the name that recurs in the reviews. A December 2017 client described his crew handling a kitchen, a utility room and window replacement, and singled out the things that usually go wrong: a solid timeline they "STUCK TO IT", staying reachable for questions, suggesting where to buy supplies for less, and leaving areas clean when each stage finished. A January 2018 reviewer who hired the firm for a whole-house renovation listed demolition, framing, structural work, window and door replacement, kitchen remodeling, insulation and painting, and said the plumbing, roofing, HVAC and flooring subcontractors it brought in were good too. Two March 2021 HomeAdvisor reviewers kept it shorter — reliable, on time, staying late when the day ran long, and coming up with solutions the homeowners hadn't thought of. Two things are worth checking before you sign. Houzz lists a licence number, CS-108278, for the company; that is the directory's entry rather than anything confirmed against the state registry, so ask for the number and verify it yourself. And HomeAdvisor's profile lists the company as a BBB Accredited Business, which its own BBB page contradicts — that page states plainly that it is not BBB accredited. The written history is also dated, running from December 2017 to March 2021, and the two directories disagree on tenure: the BBB puts the start at 2007 while HomeAdvisor claims 16 years of experience. For a kitchen, a bathroom or a whole-house renovation on the North Shore or in the Merrimack Valley, this is a reasonable shortlist candidate, particularly if you want one contractor coordinating the trades. Ask to walk a job finished in the last two years, and get the licence and insurance certificates in writing.
