Crest says it has been a family-owned mechanical contractor since 1964, working with general contractors and facility owners on commercial projects across Connecticut. Its website describes ductwork fabrication, piping, welding and metal fabrication. A September 2026 Google reviewer reported poor communication, repeated follow-ups, work taking longer than expected and an original problem that did not seem fully resolved. A November 2024 reviewer, by contrast, described the company as professional and efficient. Google lists 4.1 stars from 15 ratings. A September 2022 reviewer also alleged that a Lisbon resident with a Crest van threatened neighbors; that account concerned alleged personal behavior rather than contracted work. Its Connecticut HVAC licence, HTG.0391112-S1, is active under Paul J Breglio.
I had a very disappointing experience with crest. Communication was poor from the beginning, and I had to repeatedly follow up for updates. The work took longer than expected, and the issue I originally called about did not seem to be fully resolved. Overall, I felt the service did not meet the level of professionalism or quality I expected. I would recommend getting other estimates and doing your research before choosing this company.
Wonderful company. Professional and efficient. 100% would recommend.
Man who lives in Lisbon that has a crest van threatening neighborhood with violence and frankly my family fears him. Seeing he works for crest I would say i would never hire or recommend
