Boiler replacement and air-conditioning repair are the jobs Alers Homes Heating and Cooling customers describe in detail. The company says Tommy Alers founded it to serve the Hartford community, and its website names Hartford, West Hartford, East Hartford, Manchester, Windsor and New Britain as service towns. Google lists a 5-star average from nine ratings. In October 2024, a customer said Tomas and his team replaced a boiler on short notice, finished within a day and patiently explained each component. Another customer writing in September 2024 described Tommy arriving the day after their call about an AC problem and completing the repair in under two hours. An August 2024 boiler customer praised punctuality, cleanup and the finished installation. Customers also describe using the company for repeated residential and commercial jobs. An August 2024 repeat customer praised reasonable prices and Tommy’s knowledge, while a September 2026 reviewer credited the company with diagnosing and fixing a problem in time for a holiday.
Worked fast to diagnose the issue and get it fixed in time for the holiday!
I highly recommend working with Alers. Tomas and his team replaced my boiler on short notice. They gave a very reasonable price for the work and were in and out within a day. They were very professional and took the time to explain each component and were patient when we would ask questions.
This company was referred to me by a trusted friend. I was having AC troubles in my home. Tommy was very professional and polite. He came out the next day after my initial call and had the issue fixed under two hours. I was very pleased with this service.
I highly recommend Alers (formally a&b) hvac. They have done jobs for me commercially and residentially. Huge jobs and small jobs. They are reliable, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. I trust them explicitly with any and all of my repairs. They are the best!
One of, or may be the best in CT. Very professional and reliable. Thanks for everything I will be recommending your company to my family and friends.
