Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #198618, is active, and BuildZoom's profile puts its insurance at $1,000,000 with $100,000 in workers' compensation coverage. Most of the written history is older. A May 2022 BuildZoom customer wrote that he showed up when he said he would and made sure the little details were taken care of. In April 2020 a customer had the house and deck painted, did a walk-through that turned up a few minor things to take care of, and then hired the company for another project in the yard. Two Angi customers writing in 2019 described a three-man crew making short work of a deck, and called the crew punctual and meticulous with detail. The newest written account, from June 2025, praises the cleanliness of the work. Price shows up in the 2018 reviews: one customer that May cited a fair price alongside the communication and quality of the work, and another in April called it good value on fairness of price. Two things are worth pinning down before you sign. Its profiles disagree on how long it has been painting — the BBB page says January 2003, while the Angi and HomeAdvisor pages self-report serving Worcester County and the Boston area since 1999, and BuildZoom's self-reports 20 years in business. They also disagree on warranty: the BBB page states a two-year warranty on all work, and the HomeAdvisor profile states that no warranties are offered. For a house repaint, a deck, or power-washing around Marlborough, this is a small-crew hire with a 2018-to-2025 run of four- and five-star jobs behind it.
