Angi also notes Spanish-language service. The written accounts match that. In January 2026 a customer had two wind-damaged storm door closers replaced quickly; in December 2025 another said the job was done fast and Tom was responsive. In May 2025 a homeowner had three pictures hung, one of them three and a half feet by four, and said Tom and Andres kept making small adjustments until it was right. A 2023 customer had several projects finished while under a time crunch. A HomeAdvisor reviewer credits him with standing behind his work after the job is over. The one four-star account, from June 2025, is about timing. A 9:30 appointment started at 11:20, after the owner had had a bad night with his mother in hospice care, and two heavy window air conditioners were then carried up from the garage. The customer called at 10:15 and got the explanation. If your day is tight, fix the arrival window and ask to be called if it slips. One thing to check: the BBB profile lists kitchens, bathrooms, attics, basements, decks and stairs, while every written account is a smaller repair or installation. If you want a full remodel rather than a day's work, ask for recent projects that size.
