A 2022 customer of Reliance Mechanical said a delivery promised for Saturday the 8th took so long that they called, and were told it was not coming because the snow was not clear enough. That customer wrote in 2022 that they had taken a day off from work, that the company offered to come Monday instead, and that the person they spoke with did not apologize. The customer said they had done business with the company for quite some years and would now deal with Toro oil company instead.
I was told I will get a delivery on Saturday the 8th ,they took so long , so I call up and they said they are not coming because the snow is not clear enough , I told them why they didn’t tell me before, I took a day off from work and they didn’t care , so they said they would come Monday but I told them don’t bother and the person I talk to didn’t care not even an apology, I done business with them for quite some years but now I’ll deal with Toro oil company , I hope the owner will straighten his staff out if he cares about his business
