Cronin Craft

Casey was the project manager for a large scale renovation of our house in 2023. As first time home owners we had no experience with the process and were happy to find someone who could take the time to explain things clearly. Casey was in regular contact with us making things very manageable. Of note we really appreciated that Casey is a skilled carpenter and does the majority of the renovation work himself but is also highly knowledgeable about the larger process of management and logistics. I attached a few photos - its an amazing transformation.

I recommend Casey Cronin and Cronin Craft unequivocally. Casey and his business partner Brian have worked with me on most of our renovation projects these past four years. Casey is a general contractor who has years of experience renovating and building homes. For our projects, he approached each in an organized and focused manner. He provided a detailed pre-construction design and work plan, and he stayed on budget, both in terms of time and cost. And his work was meticulous; including the after-build clean-up! Cheers!

Casey did a fabulous job on our kitchen reno and was a pleasure to work with. His attention to detail is exceptional! We asked him back to remodel an office/den and are thrilled with the results.

Casey is family to me, which of course makes me partial to him but I can objectively say that I would recommend Cronin Craft to anyone. Their philosophy for working with homeowners helps you relax into the process. Respect for the homeowner and attention to craft makes Casey and Cronin Craft exceptional. Working with CroninCraft on our basement renovation was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Casey’s attention to detail is truly second to none. From the very first consultation through pre-construction planning, Casey helped guide us through what can be an overwhelming number of design and construction decisions. He developed a comprehensive plan that allowed us to clearly understand the scope of the project and make thoughtful adjustments along the way so the design truly matched our needs. Throughout the renovation, Cronin Craft was outstanding. Their work was meticulous, with absolutely no shortcuts taken. They communicated clearly at every stage of the project and handled the inevitable surprises that come with renovation calmly and professionally, making adjustments on the fly while keeping everything moving forward. We were also living in the house during the project with kids, and Casey was incredibly thoughtful about keeping the job site clean and organized at the end of every day and making sure the space remained safe for our family. He was always willing to explain options, educate us about potential cost considerations, and help us make smart real-time decisions so we could invest our budget wisely. Cronin Craft didn’t just complete a renovation—they created a beautiful basement and bathroom that our family will enjoy for many years to come. We’re incredibly grateful for their craftsmanship, professionalism, and care throughout the entire process.

I’ve worked with Casey from Cronin Craft Carpentry on both professional and personal projects and couldn’t recommend him more. His communication is excellent, he’s thorough, and the quality of his work is consistently top-notch. On top of that, he’s a genuine pleasure to have around—professional, respectful, and easy to work with. I’m excited to work with him again on future projects and highly recommend him and his team.
