Crystal Clear Waters

I was having trouble clearing my pool and Eric came over and cleared it right up! I called this year to open and clean and again, perfect, professional and courteous service. Eric is very nice and easy to get along with! Will use again!

Eric has been maintaining our pool for at least 16 years - 8 seasons that we've owned the house and I believe 8 for the previous owners. He knows our pool, he knows the issues that crop up due to mother nature, our location and environment around us. He has replaced our filter, our liner and last year put in stairs - all at prices that were fair and didn’t change when mother nature, life or unexpected issues arose. He has shared with us what we need to do to maintain our pool - which has reduced our need for him to maintain our pool as frequently - always answering any questions that I come up with (even when I've already asked and forgotten the answer.) He has taught me knowing it would mean we need him less, meaning less $$$ for him. He is kind, courteous, honest, professional and just damn good at what he does.

Been working with Eric for like 10 years now since we've moved into our property with a pool. He was always pleasant to talk to, always shows up when he said he will. I have never experienced any rudeness or attitude from him. I don't understand all those recent negative reviews, as I will continue to work with him on any pool matters.

These venemous reviews perplex me. I have used Crystal Clear Waters for about 20 years. Eric has always been professional. I have never had difficulty speaking with him even in the insanity of opening season. He has always been attentive when we have had any issues. Sometimes, I don’t want to hear what he has to say but like anything else pools require maintenance throughout the season and can completely surprise you when they are opened. I also have had Eric do chemical maintenance for me a season here and there and it has been worth it. I don’t understand all those negative reviews. I would never use anyone else. If u have a problem it will get attention and be resolved quickly.

I have been doing business with Eric and CCWaters for a number of years. The most recent ratings do not at all reflect Eric or his business. My pool always looks great, from open to close. If I have questions, he or his staff answers them. If I have problems, they are always resolved. I have never encountered a problem in the years I've been using their service. They will continue to have my support and recommendations.
