A recent customer with severe water damage throughout the home says Crystal Restoration Services of CT came the same day they called to assess it and began demo the next day. The same customer says the company packed up and stored their belongings before repairs began. The company says it has been in business for 50 years and lists Norwalk, Danbury and Hartford as its service area. Its website lists water, fire and smoke damage restoration, mold removal, odor removal, contents cleaning, duct cleaning, and moving and storage. A 2026 customer said they came out fast after a pipe burst during a February snow storm. A 2023 customer said the company removed the mold from the kitchen, attic and basement of a house they had bought while keeping most of the kitchen intact, and that their post-restoration air tests came back normal. A 2023 customer whose pipe burst while they were out of town said Brian and his team were at the house within a couple of hours and spent about a week ripping out wet ceilings, drywall and insulation. A 2025 customer said Marc worked with their insurance adjuster. A 2022 customer whose home flooded in Hurricane Ida called the company over budget and disorganized, and said they were invoiced for work that was not complete, including thousands of dollars for double flooring that did not exist. My experience with Crystal has been nothing short of outstanding. While I used them in an unfortunate circumstance with my home (severe water damage throughout), their support has been incredible throughout this journey. They were able to come the same day we called to assess the damage and began demo the next day. As the damage assessment evolved, they kept us in the loop and made us feel at ease with every step in the process including packing up and storing our belongings before repairs began.
