“I just used CT Mold Pros for mold remediation. They were the third company I contacted.”
The team that came out to treat our attic mold problem were amazing at their job. They showed up on time. They were all very polite and efficient in doing their work. I would highly recommend them.
The gentlemen explained the entire process prior to starting. Very personable and professional. Once process was complete they reviewed the work and answered all questions. Explained warranty on work and left us comfortable that our problem has been solved.
They were very easy to work with, very competitive prices, and thorough.
CT Mold Pros were very helpful and communicated well. They were very prompt and proactive
Remediation efforts did not work. I needed to call to have them return. Scheduled a date for that return, which was today, and had to take a day off from work to meet with them. They never showed…Finally got a call that their “vehicle broke down” and wouldn’t be making it today. Have to reschedule for another week out; meanwhile, our entire basement is exposed, all our furniture out of there and fresh mold still on the floor. Of course, they are only available on a day to come back when I need to work. Very frustrating experience thus far.
