It claims 15 years around Boston and names 49 Greater Boston towns and neighbourhoods it serves, Marblehead, Swampscott and Nahant among them. Roofing is where that list goes deepest. Seven separate roofing entries sit against one or two for most other trades, which is the clearest indication of where the bulk of the work is. None of what's published comes from a customer. Its Houzz page carries no reviews, no rating and no project gallery, and still invites the first one. Two of the company's own lines are best read as marketing rather than fact: that its services are 'guaranteed', and that it is '#1 in lifetime exterior painting'. Nothing published stands behind either. If the guarantee matters to you, ask exactly what it covers and for how long, in writing. For a roof or a siding job, this is a contractor to vet from scratch rather than from reputation. Ask for the Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration and construction supervisor licence numbers and check them on the state registry, ask for three addresses of work finished nearby in the last year, and confirm whether residential jobs get the same crew as the commercial ones.
