Jody of Curtis Family Construction was excellent to work with. When we refinished the eastern white pine floors in our 1818 home, we needed someone with creativity, skill, and patience. Nothing in this old house is level, so attention to detail was essential. He repaired stairs, reset countless ancient nails, planed a door, rebuilt worn thresholds, and even replaced rotted planks with reclaimed barn wood to preserve the home’s character. He was upfront about surprises, communicated clearly, and treated our home (and our dog) with care. He brought our antique floors back to life while honoring the history and charm of our home.
