The worst company they charge the service money and never fixed the problem. They send technicians with no clue what they do .
I would not recommend this company. They are unreliable and not trust worthy. Terrible customer service. Cancel appointments. They installed a very high end system in my house and never made it work properly. They cannot figure out why it doesn’t work as intended. And, they did not work with Lenox on why the original controller broke.
