RapidWave Plumbers of Bridgeport is a Bridgeport plumbing outfit. Its website lists a service area running from Bridgeport and Fairfield out to Stamford, Greenwich, Danbury and New Haven, and says it offers 24/7 emergency service. One recent customer wrote that the plumber arrived within 45 minutes during emergency hours and diagnosed the problem; that customer called the price a little higher for the hour but reasonable. A customer who called them for a boiler install said they got right on it and finished in a good amount of time. Another job was a sump pump install. One customer said they were quoted cheaply compared with other plumbers and were walked through the problem step by step. A customer who spoke with Leo on the phone said they did only what they thought was necessary, and because the job turned out to be an easy fix, they refunded the call-out fee. A separate customer said the plumber arrived on time, explained the work clearly and that everything is working well.
