With my new pool, D&P was recommended to me by a big brick & mortar pool store that had known D&P's work for 30 years. The entire experience from their first site visit was extremely professional. They arrived 6 days after my new pool was delivered and were done in 1.5 days. The price was very fair for all the work they did. The crew was pleasant, hard-working, and most knowledgable. They answered all our questions and cleaned up as they left. They are some of the industry's best of the best!
The two young men who came to help me understand what was happening with my pool were very helpful, very, knowledgeable, very professional and very courteous. They helped me understand what I needed to do to get my pool running better, cleaned the cartridges in the filter, gave me some great suggestions to help make the pool run more efficiently. This is the start of my 4th summer with this pool and no one has ever explained any of this to me, including the installer. These guys were great. I will use this company going forward. Thank you!!
We’ve been using d&p for four years for our pool openings and closings, and they’ve also replaced all of our pool equipment. They are always professional, reliable, and very accommodating. Leanne in the office is wonderful to work with—friendly, responsive, and always helpful. The entire team has been great, and we highly recommend them!
I paid $800 for a “new heater install,” but the heater was left completely nonfunctional because neither the gas nor the electrical connection was completed. I understand that licensed trades may be required for those portions of the work but that should have been clearly disclosed before the work was scheduled and priced. I essentially paid $800 for an unboxing and PVC pipe connection.
