I had an excellent experience working with Nick at CZ Construction. From the very beginning, he was professional, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. He provided a detailed bid for my project promptly and also connected me with several trusted professionals for services such as engineering and HERS ratings, which was incredibly helpful. Although I ultimately wasn’t able to move forward with the project due to my own financing and budget constraints, I was thoroughly impressed by Nick’s expertise and approach throughout the process. Every conversation and meeting was educational he took the time to answer all of my questions with patience and clarity, and it was obvious that he genuinely cares about helping his clients make informed decisions. If circumstances had allowed, I would have been happy to work with Nick and CZ Construction through the entire project. I highly recommend Nick and his team to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy contractor.

We bought a new build condo where Nick and his company were the construction manager. As with any new build, there were a few things that needed to be tweaked after we closed/moved in. Nick was great to work with on finishing/fixing these items. He's extremely prompt in replying to us and getting the work done. I recommend Nick!
