Czar Energy Solutions

Do not buy a thing from here! I bought a dual sided fireplace. It came in damaged.I told the owner and she acted like it was not an issue. They added a “set up” fee and did not discuss it or what it entailed before I paid. Fast forward to the install, they gave two bags of rocks for around the insert when the measurements suggested ten (according to the installer). The installer called the owner Vicki to ask for more bags so he could finish the job. She immediately called me yelling saying I’m ridiculous and impatient, (all we needed is more rocks that she should have supplied and offered to come get) worst customer experience I have seen, do not even consider business with this place.

We were updated on every detail of the project from purchase to meticulous professional install. There was a slight delay as the model we originally chose was delayed on back order. Czar Energy then suggested a stove slightly cheaper, stronger and larger with more features. We love this stove and the service was impeccable. Well done, Czar Energy, and thank you!

It's been about a month now and we've experienced no issues, so I wanted to write a positive review about this company. When we bought our house about 8 years ago, it had a fireplace with a fake log set that runs on propane. We used it a few times, but it never seemed to work quite right, so we haven't used it in years. We finally decided to get it fixed and my husband chose Czar Energy Solutions. We visited early on a Saturday morning and no other customers were there when we first arrived. We looked at a pretty good selection of log sets and decided to go with a white birch style. As we were looking a bunch of other customers came in, and the man on duty took our name and number and said they would call to set up a time to take measurements. A few days later we received that call and a woman came out a few days later to inspect and take measurements. We put a deposit down and ordered our new logs. A few weeks later, the technicians arrived to install it. They removed the old log set and the...stuff on the bottom that looks like burning coals. (I believe there was a small fee to have them do that, but who wants to try cleaning that out themselves?) Anyway, in a little over an hour our new log set was installed and it looks beautiful! We were able to choose a set where the pilot light is not on all of the time, which is what we wanted. The fire looks beautiful and provides a ton of heat. I could not be more pleased with this company and I'm happy to give them my highest recommendation.

Run, don’t walk away from this place. Had a pellet stove installed a couple years ago. Installation went great. But there was a small malfunction a week or so later. Getting that taken care of took some haggling, but it eventually got done, but not without a lot of aggravation. Fast forward to the following year and it again had issues. Stopped in and spoke with them and was told I’d get a call back to have someone come out and look at it. Never heard back, after 5 days. Not a good way to deal with customers. Sensing early on that I was probably not going to hear from them, I called a competitor and had an appointment in two days and everything cleaned and fixed for a very reasonable price. So, to avoid the aggravation, take a trip down to Holyoke You’ll be glad you did.

We are very pleased with our new gas insert. From the very start we felt that Stacy was knowledgeable and fair with his dealings with us. We had a particular situation with trying to work with an existing mantle and he was very patient throughout the process. His installers were clean and professional. They took great care with making sure it was centered properly. They gave me great instructions with how to maintain it and they encouraged me to call if there were any issues. I would highly recommend purchasing products at Czar Energy. They are quality people.
