The written reviews on those pages are older. In a 2018 Angi review, a customer described a living room and kitchen renovation with Daniel King as the main contact, on site with his crew. A 2019 Angi reviewer wrote that the house went from the worst on the street to the best looking on the street, and a 2014 Angi reviewer praised an accurate estimate, on-time start and finish, and a complete clean-up. On Google, a 2022 reviewer credited Dan with remodeling a kitchen and thanked him for his honesty and transparency. The complaints are specific. A 2024 Google reviewer wrote that Dan has had over two years to pay $2000 owed for a foundation excavation.
