DA Kinsella recently helped me build an outdoor shed and they did a phenomenal job building it fast and beautiful.. I highly recommend them for their work to detail. They took time accommodating all the request that I had before and during the process. They helped me take decisions with their knowledge of what would be required during the whole process which I was not aware of like hydro seeding, window width etc.
We worked with Dave in 2018 for an addition on our home in Burlington. The town was not easy to work with for permits, inspections, etc. and Dave got it all done for us. We had a rough design and he had his design team plan out exactly what we wanted. There were some issues with a couple of the sub-contractors that caused problems and delays but all was corrected to our satisfaction. It always seems to take longer for a project and we understood that from the beginning. As long as you remain in close contact with Dave himself and make sure he is aware of any issues, it should work out to your satisfaction. We also were able to stay very close to the original budget which was amazing.
If you are thinking of going with d.a.kinsella...don't hesitate. Just do it! The team did a fantastic job with our long and complicated project. The quality of his work is tremendous, he has a great eye for design and is extremely hardworking! He is also able to work with you on your budget. I highly recommend him for all of your design and architectural needs!
