Verified record
D'Amelio Design + Construction is a Needham, Massachusetts general contractor working on kitchen, bathroom, and other remodeling projects for homeowners and light commercial clients, holding an active Massachusetts Construction Supervisor license (CS-115068). The written record is thin and mixed. In a 2021 review, a customer called the company extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. In a 2022 review, another described a different experience: someone visited to assess a job and said he'd send an estimate, but it never arrived despite repeated follow-up calls. BuildZoom shows 3 documented projects and a 3.0-star average from these two reviews. Angi lists 5 years of experience with kitchen and bathroom remodels as the focus, and states the company does not offer free estimates, warranties, or emergency services. Anyone considering D'Amelio should confirm current availability and get a firm timeline for a quote before committing, given the 2022 account.
Person cam down to assess the jobsite. Was pleasant. Said he send me an estimate. Never received it. I contacted him several times to no avail. Gave up. If not interested in jobe have the decency to tell me .
