Its stated service area runs from Arlington and Belmont out to Waltham, Weston and Littleton. Google shows 4 stars from 23 ratings, but the written reviews tell a rougher story, and they are all from 2022 and 2023. A 2022 reviewer booked three estimate appointments and got two no-shows and a cancellation ten minutes before the third; a 2023 homeowner gave up after multiple calls over several weeks trying to get someone to look at the yard. Two other 2022 reviewers complained about crews rather than work: trucks parked so they blocked residents in and debris blown onto neighbors' property, and, in a Spanish-language review, a worker who was rude to people.
