Dan Philpot of D.W.Philpot Company served as our GC for a major addition to our historic Cape style house in New England. His primary carpenter, Jonathan Megesy was outstanding. Not only was the end product meticulously done, they incorporated design changes and met with challenges of connecting an old house with new space for a carriage house with room above. They designed a unique cabinet to move my laundry area upstairs hidden behind gorgeous custom cabinets with ample storage and shelving. They were respectful of our home, neighbors and we all remain great friends. In fact, I had a party in honor of Dan and all of his sub-contractors to share their high standard of details with all my neighbors.
