Boston Construct, LLC

Seven of the Google reviews on Boston Construct are about a kitchen, and what customers describe most is not the demolition — it is the planning that came first. A June 2026 reviewer thanked Ron for "the time they spent putting together the design for our new kitchen" and credited the thorough work put in on the front end. Another, in May 2026, had just moved into a new home and said the designer walked them through different design and finish options. The jobs themselves run from a backsplash to a whole floor. A May 2026 review describes the kitchen completely gutted and rebuilt, all the first-floor flooring replaced, and custom floating shelves built in place of upper cabinets. Another from May 2026 describes a small 1926 kitchen turned into a modern room that still feels true to the house, with an en suite bathroom added. A June 2026 customer doing their first renovation had two bathrooms done over a few weeks and said Ron was patient with them through the planning. Several reviewers talk about timing rather than finishes: one in May 2026 wrote that the project was completed on schedule and within budget, and a June 2026 bath remodel review said the crew stayed on schedule or ahead. Three separate reviewers mention the state of the site — a clean, organized job site in April 2026, and a worksite kept clean on an October 2024 kitchen remodel. The company describes itself as a Boston custom home builder and renovation firm doing additions, kitchen and bath work, ADUs and design-build for residential and commercial clients, and says its owner has been renovating spaces since 2002. A July 2025 reviewer had Ron help a Serena & Lily store "out in a pinch" and recommended the company for commercial jobs. The state registry shows its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #217093, as active. Its Better Business Bureau page carries an A grade and puts the business at two years. If you want the design settled and drawn before anyone swings a hammer — a kitchen, a bath, a first floor reworked — that is the work this crew keeps being hired for. Ask who the designer on your job will be, get the schedule and the subcontractors named in the contract, and ask to see a finished kitchen or two nearby.
